Christopher B. Morse is a partner who works both in general taxation and financial statement preparation. He has experience in tax planning and preparation, business consulting, and litigation support. Chris serves clients in the agriculture, engineering, wholesale, manufacturing, retail and services industries.
A graduate of California State University Fresno in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis, Chris is a founding partner in
MWS. Prior to this, Chris was a partner at a large, local accounting firm.
Chris is a member of the national and state CPA Societies. He is also the past president of Valley Caregivers Resource Center and a board member of State Center Community College Foundation. |

Kenneth T. Wittwer is a partner who works primarily in the areas of business consulting and litigation support, with an emphasis in business valuation services. He also has
extensive experience in general taxation and financial statement preparation, and serves clients in the construction, manufacturing, agriculture and service industries.
A graduate of California State University, Fresno in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis, Ken is a founding partner in
MWS. Prior to this Ken was a partner in a large, local public accounting firm.
Ken has received the Accredited in Business Valuation designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has received the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers. He is also a member of the national and state CPA societies,
and
the Board of Directors for the Alumni & Friends of the Craig School of
Business at California State University, Fresno.

Robert S. Swanton is a partner who works primarily in the areas of taxation, including estate and gift taxation, business entity taxation and foreign taxation. He also has experience in accounting and financial statement preparation.
A graduate of California State University, Sacramento in 1972 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Bob is also a graduate of Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 1982 with a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Taxation. Bob joined
MWS at its inception and prior to joining the firm, Bob was a partner at a large, local accounting firm.
Bob is a member of the national and state CPA Societies. He is also a member of
the Fresno Estate Planning Council and is active with charitable organizations in the area.

Sheryl M. Yardumian is a partner with
MWS. Sheryl specializes in auditing and accounting services, including governments,
employee benefit plans, not-for-profits, and for-profit entities. She is also a "Certified Fraud Examiner" and
"Certified in Financial Forensics". Sheryl also performs fraud examinations, prevention, and internal control reviews.
She has become qualified as a peer reviewer in the State of California.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, Sheryl is a founding partner in
MWS. Prior to this, Sheryl was a partner in a large, local accounting firm.
Sheryl is active in the local Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, currently serving as chair
of its Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards committee. She is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants;
California Society of Certified Public Accountants; Association of
Certified Fraud Examiners, incoming president of the California State University Fresno
Business Associates and United Way. Sheryl was appointed as a member of
the California Society of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review
Committee. Sheryl is also a former member of the California State Board of Accountancy & Qualifications Committee, CSUF Alumni and Friends
and past president of the Fresno Chapter of the California Society of
CPA's.
